2.3. Concluding contracts, conducting settlements.
2.4. Executing the contract between me and the Operator.
2.5. Conducting informational mailings.
3. This consent is valid for the period until the expiration of the storage periods for the relevant information or documents containing the specified information, determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Access to personal data may be granted to employees, partners, and other counterparties of the Operator to whom such access is necessary in connection with the performance of their official and/or contractual duties both with me directly and with the Operator.
5. The Operator has the right to transfer my personal data to inquiry and investigation bodies, other authorized bodies on the grounds provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except upon request of a court or other authorized state body within the procedure established by law.
7. I hereby confirm that:
7.1. The Operator has explained the consequences of not providing personal data in cases where providing such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law.
7.2. I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing consent based on the provisions of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” by personal application or sending a written application (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or enhanced qualified electronic signature).
7.3. I have been informed about other rights and obligations arising from this Consent.
8. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement in any form to the Operator by any method that allows unambiguously determining the fact of its receipt by the addressee and establishing the identity of the sender.
9. Consent takes effect (is accepted) from the moment of its sending to the Operator by any method that allows unambiguously determining the fact of its receipt by the addressee and establishing the identity of the sender.
