1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Policy – this Cookie Processing Policy, describing the types of cookies processed by the Operator when Users are on the Site, as well as the purposes and conditions of their processing by the Operator.

1.2. Site – the internet site with the domain name dr-hamati.com, owned by the Operator and representing a set of computer programs and other information contained in the information system, access to which is provided through the “Internet” network.

1.3. Operator – an individual processing the Site Users’ cookies: Alkhmati Zhorz Vakhiid, a citizen of the Russian Federation.

3. Basis and Method of Data Processing

3.2. For the Operator to perform the functions, powers, and duties assigned to it by the legislation of the Russian Federation (clause 2 of Article 6 of 152-FZ), necessary Cookies are processed.

3.3. For concluding at the User’s initiative and/or executing a contract, a party to which is the User (clause 5 of Article 6 of 152-FZ), necessary Cookies are processed.

3.4. For exercising the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator (clause 7 of Article 6 of 152-FZ), necessary Cookies are processed.

3.5. For statistical purposes (clause 9 of Article 6 of 152-FZ), analytical and marketing Cookies are processed.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

4.1. The Operator informs the User that the Yandex Metrika web analytics service is used on the Site in accordance with the service provision agreement concluded between the Operator and LLC “YANDEX” (hereinafter – “Web Analytics Service”).

4.2. The Operator transfers the User’s Cookies to the Web Analytics Service for the purpose of obtaining the result of analyzing the Site usage by the Visitor for further improvement of the site functionality and convenience of its use, as well as for showing personalized advertising corresponding to the User’s interests and preferences.

4.3. The servers of the Web Analytics Service, where the User’s Cookies will be stored, are located in the Russian Federation.

4.4. The data obtained by the Web Analytics Service is processed under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy and published on the “Internet” at the following address: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ru/.

8. Final Provisions

8.2. In case the Operator makes changes and/or additions to the Policy terms, the new version of the Policy comes into force on the date of its publication on the Site.
